岗位职责: - To maintain the R&D schedule given and meet project deadline. - Transfer EU/US compounding and pelleting know how to China. - Upgrade formulation and ensure quick availability to market. - Competitor product analysis, transfer local info to global team, comments to local product strategy. - Develop local test formulation based on strategy. - Support operation team to achieve a stable production process with good quality, cost and timing. - Ensure laboratory manuals are up-to-date including ***, PMP, TM's etc. - Represent the Company and its interests on various Polymer Industry Associations, Chinese Standards Committees, etc. if needed. - Compile test reports, analysis of data and summarize formulation.
Requirements 岗位要求 - Graduate in Chemistry or related discipline. - Minimum 5 years’ experience in formulating with organic chemistry. - Major in Chemistry and chemical engineer. - Familiar with pelletizing production process. - Analytical, with good judgment, business sense and problem solving skills. - Willing to travel overseas, part of the working time (3-6 months) in other countries. - Strong teamwork spirit and good communication skills. - Fluent English is a must, German or Japanese are nice to have. - Be able to work under pressure and independently.
