Job summary: -- To lead the team for new business development and sales management to promote our annual sales targets fulfillment and contribute to our growth. -- To directly manage the plant operations and provides leadership to all departmental leaders and managers at the plant to ensure that the organizational objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner that promote business and profit growth as well as healthy cashflow management. --To formulate ideas and directions to drive positive changes at the plant while driving a culture of innovativeness to sustain value creation in meeting the competitive position and long-term objectives of the organization.
Responsibilities: 1. Conduct relevant market analyses (competitors, demand, size) and feasibility study with detailed business cases to cultivate opportunities. 2. Identify customer’s needs, analyze their problems, goals and propose our solutions. 3. Prospect the market to develop actively new customers, new projects, and get the mass production order to grow the sales. 4. Facilitate and enhance cross-functional communication and relationship to maximize customer satisfaction criteria and operational performance. 5. Align with our company culture and domestic product strategy to detail tactics for business intelligence. 6. Integrate internal and external resources, optimize business development process, and improve the efficiency of new business acquisition. 7. Be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong (New & Existing) customer relationships to create and sustain business demand. 8. Lead and manage sales department and to train and develop the staff. 9. To improve work efficiency and quality, drive continuous improvement and well monitor the cost of sales to ensure that the profit contribution to achieve management KPI targets.
Job Requirements: 1. 10+ years solid sales experience in the medical, electronic consumer goods, or industrial sectors. 2. Has rich existing or potential customer resources and channels,particularly with the possession of customer resources from Fortune 500 companies within the medical industry. 3. Proven success in developing and managing a sales team. 4. Good product insight of Rubber Components & LSR. 5. Experience in multinational company is a plus.
Qualification: 1. Typically requires a Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2. Skilled in oral English will be a plus. 3. Integrity, good sense of self-driven. 4. Excellent presentation skill, interpersonal communication and negotiation skill. 5. Excellent analytical skills. 6. Pro-active in implementing concrete steps to address the identified objectives;
