Main Responsibilities & Tasks主要职责与任务：
a) Do the inspection based on inspection criteria, responsible for quality accidents and economic loss caused by violation of policy;
严格按检验标准对物品进行检验或试验，对因违反制度而造成的质量事故及经济损失负责；
b) Identification for the material, make inspection records, make the transfer, cleanup, archiving for record, responsible for the accuracy of the records;
按规定做好物品检验状态标识，做好检验记录，并做好检验记录的传递、整理、归档工作，
对记录的正确性负责；
c) Identification and isolation for the defects, and issue "nonconforming material report";
做好检查中发现的不合格品标识及隔离，并开出不合品报告；
d) In a timely manner to report nonconforming status to QC leader or quality engineer, responsible for the consequences due to not reporting;
及时向QC组长或质量工程师汇报发现的不合格情况，对因不汇报造成的后果负责；
e) Proper use of measuring and monitoring devices and sample, do routine maintenance;
正确使用测量与监控装置及样品，做好日常维护与保养；
f) Actively participate in quality improvement activities, and propose quality improvement recommendations;
积极参加质量改进活动，并提出质量改进的建议；
g) Re-inspect the expired incoming material which stored in warehouse（IQC, FQC）
对仓库中超出检验有效期的来料进行复检（IQC, FQC）；
h) Monitor the operators to follow the working instruction, timely report to QC leader or engineer for any deviation with WI.（PQC）
监督生产线员工遵守作业指导书的要求，对不遵守作业指导书的情况应及时向QC领班或工程师汇报；（PQC）
i) With the authority to release the accepted material, With the authority to handle the nonconforming material in specified scope.
有权放行检验合格的产品，有权在规定的职责范围内对不合格品进行处理。
j) New products development phase and mass products measurement program writing.
新品开发到量产产品整个阶段OMM&CMM等量测程序的编写
k) FA sample inspection, quality feedback, and provide inspection report（ CPK, FA，MSOP，and so on）
FA样品测量和质量反馈，并提供相关检测报告
l) Complete other tasks given by supervisor timely.
及时完成上司安排的其他相关任务
Education & Professional Experience 教育背景和职业经验：
Above in Mechanical Engineering Technology school
机械类中技以上学历
3 year of relevant work experience in metal stamping.
3年以上五金冲压相关行业工作经验
More than 1 year measuring experience.
1年以上量测工作经验
Essential Training/Professional Skills 主要专业知识和技能：
a)Skilled use of project, high gague， caliper，micrometer, OMM and CMM and other basic measurement equipments
熟练使用投影仪，高度规，卡尺，千分尺，OMM,CMM等基本量测仪器
b)proficiency measuring tools and maintenance;
熟练使用测量工具及保养；
c)Familiar with mechanical drawings, and the basic knowledge of G&D tolerances;
熟悉机械图纸，和形位公差的基本知识；
d)Understand basic statistical knowledge;
了解基本统计知识；
e)Understanding of the relevant process of quality departments and IQC.
了解本部门及本岗位的相关工作流程。
f)Skilled use of office software, good English
熟练使用各种办公软件，英语良好。
g)Ability to train new employees in the position。
能够培训本岗位新员工。
h)Be available for two or three shifts
能适应二班或三班工作制
