职位描述
1. Be responsible for aftermarket sales (include PP, SP, UG) and achieve sales target in the assigned area by individual effort or distributor’s network.
负责区域的备件服务销售(包含各类气体处理设备的零件、服务、升级),利用直销和经销商网络完成年度销售目标。
2. Perform SWOT analysis for own territory market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
对所在区域市场进行SWOT分析,收集竞争信息,潜在市场数量,当前市场份额和客户反馈。
3. Aggressively exploit the territory to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities.
积极开拓区域,发现新的目标客户和新的销售机会。
4. Plan and organize sales activities, such as visit, demo, seminars, WTL, line energy audits, solution presentation…etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order.
合理规划和安排个人的销售计划,包括客户拜访、产品演示、研讨会,在线能耗评估,方案展示等,以发现客户需求并转化为销售定单。
5. Discover, screen, develop and manage dealer networks and continuously strengthen relationships with customers, dealers and OEM partners.
发现、筛选、发展和管理经销商网络,不断强化与用户、经销商和OEM等合作伙伴的关系。
6. Cooperate with the OEM sales team to actively promote the sales of the whole machine products in the region..
与整机销售团队合作,积极促进负责区域内的整机产品的销售。
7. Responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy.
根据公司应收管理政策,对个人的应收帐款负责。
8. Report timely in sales process management system.
及时更新个人拜访报告。
Co-ordination with teams
1. To keep relationship with order processing、logistic team to ensure part’s delivery orderly.
与订单处理、物流团队保持良好的关系,确保零件和服务的有序交付。
2. To coordinate with service team to provide efficient after sales service to achieve customer satisfaction.
协调服务团队提供高效的售后服务,达到客户满意。
3. To provide the feedback on product’s quality, and technical skill / method to resolve the complicated problem via collaboration with technical team, and use related system.
提供产品质量反馈,与技术团队合作解决复杂问题的技术技能/方法,并使用相关系统。
4. Cooperate with marketing team in market activities and market analysis.
配合市场团队进行市场活动和市场分析。
5. Cooperate with Finance department to improve the performance of receivable and overdue.
配合财务部改善应收账款和逾期账款的绩效。
Experience requirements
College degree or above, major in mechanical or electrical.More than 2 years experiences in machinery sales, distributor development goal oriented and energetic, working in compressor or Nitrogen Generator related business will be a plus;
大专以上学历,机械或电气等相关专业。 2年以上机械设备(如空压机、制氮机、气体净化、泵、制冷机等)的销售经验。 有空气压缩机或制氮机行业销售经验者优先考虑。
Knowledge/Educational requirements
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork, customer oriented
优秀的沟通技巧和团队协作能力,客户导向。
- Good computer skill
熟练操作电脑。
- Willing to travel
愿意出差。
