岗位职责 ：
1.认真落实执行公司的质量方针及质量目标；
2.负责主管零部件/产品的质量管理，监控生产制造过程，确保零部件/产品符合质量标准，并进行过程控制和改进；
3.对生产制造过程中的质量潜在风险进行干预，应用质量工具主导根本原因分析，提出纠正和预防措施，推进实施，跟踪验证实施结果；
4.负责主管零部件/产品的质量控制计划，检验作业指导书，检验记录的编制工作；
5.统计主管零部件/产品的检验合格率，并协调相关部门推进质量改进计划；
6.负责内部变更管理的执行和跟踪，策划实施内部质量审计；
7.上级指派的其他工作。
Specific Duties:
1.Implement company’s quality target according to quality policy.
2.Responsible for quality management of parts and finish goods, monitor the process of production, make sure the product is qualified, and improve the process monitoring continuously.
3.Identify the potential quality risk in advance, analysis the root reason using quality tool, provide the correct and prevent methods and follow up the carry out and result.
4.Responsible for quality control plan, check out the WIP, finish the inspection record.
5.Monitor the qualified rate, coordinate relative department to promote quality improvement plan.
6.assis for inner quality audit.
7.Other tasks assigned by superior.

任职要求 ：
1.本科及以上学历，模具设计或机械相关专业优先；
2.具备英文书写能力，可进行基础的问题处理英文口语能力；
3.具备独立分析解决问题的思维逻辑能力，有良好的沟通和时间管理能力；
4.熟练应用常用的质量工具。
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in mold design or mechanical related major.
2.Writing English is good, have basic oral English ability.
3.Have the enough ability to resolve quality problem independently.
4.Skilled in using quality measure tools.
