To solicit quotations for the manufacturing of fixtures.
The production of "Design" brief to potential fixture builders.
Consultation with fixture builders.
Taking part in the design approval process (vendors & customers).
Active involvement in the determination of Process Feasibility.
To carry out Pre & Final Acceptance of Fixtures and Auxiliary Equipment.
To carry out collision checking in collaboration with cutting tool suppliers.

3-5年夹具设计工作经验，具备丰富的夹具设计和制造经验，熟悉各种机床的使用和维护。
熟练掌握CAD/CAE/MCA等设计软件，能够进行三维建模。
熟悉各种高效率的制造流程和技巧，如数控车床、CNC加工中心等。
熟悉各种高精度的夹具和装置，如液压夹具、气动夹具、伺服夹具等。
具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够有效地与生产线、品质部、工程部等相关部门沟通合作。
具备良好的英语阅读和写作能力，能够阅读和理解各种技术文献和标准。
