Tasks and Responsibilities: 1.Regular contacting and visiting with customer buyer and technical department 2.Controlling part prices and tooling costs 3.Defining OES Aftermarket pricing 4.Preparing all cost models (CBD) based on calculation and global cost model 5.Preparing, submitting and negotiating quotes for mass production and prototypes 6.Preparing regional sales planning in Global Sales Planning Tool (GSPT) 7.Preparing and submitting capacity confirmation to customer 8.Maintaining customer portal for sales related topics 9.Changing Management: Obtain customer cost approval 10.Preparing Birth Certificate 11.Approving local cost models for relevant customer 12.Approving local sales planning in GSPT for relevant customer in consultation with Key Account Manager 13.Project Management of customer development projects according to process description 14.Organizing, leading and documenting project meetings according to process description and project requirements, but at least project kick-off and production launch meetings 15.Conducting lessons learned as part of the continuous improvement activities of the EK-Group 16.Building, updating and tracking of the overall program timeline using the BU- and plant-timing as well as of the customer due dates until the transfer of the project leadership. 17.Main interface or contact person for project documents to the customer’s departments during the entire project period in accordance with the agreed communication matrix. 18.Ensuring understandability of “Customer Specific Requirements” for EK project team 19.Project specific key interface for the EK plants and departments of the EK-Group until transfer of the project leadership 20.Coordination of the customer communication in accordance with the project team 21.Initiation of change management in case of change requests provided by the customer throughout the entire projects as well as in case of EK internal change requests until transfer of the project leadership. 22.Communication of the change request results and consequences. 23.Taking over the project leadership once again in case of change requests according to the process description if in the plants all activities are interrupted or stopped. 24.Obtaining customer release drawing as well as customer confirmation of the data base for the launch of the industrialization 25.Assistance in project specific customer audits in the plant if required by the responsible Project Manager 26.Keep regular communication with Global Account and exchange project information. 27.Support KAM for the Contracts Management 28.Maintain and update the prices information in SAP Qualification: 1.Completed Bachelor 2.At least 3-5 years professional Project Management experience in automotive industry. 3.Good team player 4.Mobility (travel activities) 5.Fluent English 6.Goal and success orientation 7.Customer and market orientation
