? With minimum supervision and direction, independently administer effectively and efficiently overall administrative services support to sales account manager.
? Prepare quotation for sales activities, follow up with sales contract as per the instruction of the Sales Manager.
? Arrange shipment of products and shipping documents.
? Prepare sales kits for Account Managers to facilitate sales activities.
? Fully responsible for the logistics arrangement of all business events and meetings (i.e. Kick off meetings, sales meetings and trainings) and be also fully accountable for the smooth and successful execution.
? Actively assist and participate in the coordination and organization of recreation activities.
? Manage the personal calendars of managers as appropriate
? Manage the expense report reimbursement process for managers as required.
? Provide secretarial support such as travel and logistics arrangement, Purchase Order management, visa application and renewal, etc.
? Work as a team together with other secretaries and provide necessary backup support as required.
? Work as a team with other colleagues in other divisions, product lines and departments and branches as necessary.
? Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.

? University graduate on Business Administration or equivalent.
? Minimum 2 years secretarial/administrative experience.
? Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
? Self-motivated, analytical, tactful with good interpersonal skills.
? Familiar with Windows Word, Excel, Power point or other common PC applications.
