Job Items岗位职责：
1. Follow process on new product development and lead cross function team to complete NPD projects on time, on quality and on budget;
根据新产品开发流程，主导跨部门合作完成新产品开发项目, 合理控制时间、质量和预算；
2. Responsible for setup or maintenance design documents according to work requirement, including 3D model, 2D drawing and BOM deliverables. Totally understand the BOM structure of series products and manage them;
负责建立和维护设计文档, 包括3D、2D图纸和BOM。充分了解产品的BOM结构,对系列产品的BOM做系统性管理；
3. Develop, improve and maintain refrigeration display case products. Output qualified product design to Manufacturing. Support Suzhou plant to deliver competitive product to customer;
开发、改进和维护陈列柜产品。输出满足客户需求的产品设计和在市场中具备竞争力的产品；
4. Identify VAVE opportunity and drive engineering and other team achieve material saving target correspondingly. Support sourcing team to achieve price target;
识别VA/VE的机会，实现材料节省目标。支持采购部门实现谈价的目标；
5.Support sales / marketing for new product requirement analysis and concept design development;
支持销售和市场团队进行新产品需求的可行性分析和概念设计；
6.Support all of the functions as an engineer with professional knowledge, such as sourcing, planning, production, quality, logistic, warehouse and so on.
从技术层面支持各部门相关工作，例如：采购、计划、生产、质量管控、物流、仓储等。
Qualifications任职要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above, Major in mechanical, Electro-mechanical or refrigeration engineering;
本科及以上学历，机械, 机电或制冷相关专业；
2.Basic refrigeration and refrigeration component knowledge, refrigeration application knowledge, Familiar with SM manufacture, foaming, painting, welding, brazing, assembly process;
具备基本的制冷及其元器件知识，熟悉钣金加工，发泡，喷涂，焊接，钎焊，装配流程；
3.Strong 3D modeling background;
熟练使用Solid-edge 3D建模；
4. Fluent English in both spoken and written; Good at Office software.
熟练的英语听说读写能力；擅长使用办公软件。
