Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Sort out the business analysis index system, build a reasonable data
warehouse model, and complete the system access and data warehouse development
through ETL tools;
2. Combined with the data governance system architecture and theory, data
governance and data asset management are performed on business system data;
3. Participate in the design and formulation of data management systems,
norms, and processes.
4. Complete other work assigned by the leader.
1. 梳理业务分析指标体系，构建合理的数据仓库模型，通过 ETL 工具完成系统取数与数据仓库开发工作；
2. 结合数据治理体系架构和理论，对业务系统数据进行数据治理、数据资产管理；
3. 参与数据管理制度、规范、流程的设计与制定。
4. 完成领导分配的其它工作。
Qualifications:
1. At least a Bachelor’s Degree in computer, mathematics or any related
fields. At least three years of experience in the big data industry, more than
one years of experience in data lake/data warehouse data governance delivery;
1. MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server等数据库的使用经验，SQL性能优化经验；
Required Competencies and Skills:
1. Experience in using MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server and other databases, and
experience in SQL performance optimization;
2. Familiar with the workflow of ETL project implementation, familiar with
the modeling and hierarchical design of data warehouse, etc.;
3. Be familiar with business model analysis and conversion, and have strong
business understanding and business abstraction capabilities;
4. Based on technical metadata and business metadata, process the data
required by the data management business, and design, construct and maintain
the metadata warehouse to meet the metadata processing needs of the upper-level
business;
5. Applicants with experience in big data management in universities will
be given priority.
1. 计算机、数学相关专业本科，3年以上大数据行业经验，1以上年数据湖/数仓数据治理交付经验；
2. 熟悉ETL项目实施的工作流程，熟悉数据仓库的建模和分层设计等；
3. 熟悉业务模型分析及转换，具备较强的业务理解和业务抽象能力；
4. 基于技术元数据和业务元数据加工数据管理业务需要的数据，元数据仓库的设计、建设和维护，满足上层业务对于元数据的加工需求；
5. 具备高校大数据治理经验者优先。
