1、具备一定的海外代理商开发渠道、渠道管理的经验及能力，具备一定的商务谈判经验及技巧；

2、能够依据公司目标制定个人业务开发计划及方案，并对所负责渠道及客户做相应分析维护及渠道销售策略执行；

3、处理日常询价，投标，价格体系维护，订单维护，售后支持，库存管理，AR跟踪等海外经销商客户关系维护工作；
Handle daily inquiries, bidding, price system maintenance, order maintenance, after-sales support, inventory management, AR tracking, and other overseas dealer customer relationship maintenance work;
4、协助海外经销商扩张业务，管理和维护各类相关协议和函件；
Assist overseas dealers in expanding their business, manage and maintain various related agreements。
5、海外经销商培训及针对业绩发展的支持工作；
Overseas dealer training and support for performance development;
6、定期走访海外代理商，参加海外行业展会。
Regularly visit overseas dealers and participate in overseas industry exhibitions.
1、本科及以上学历, 工业工程，机械工程相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering.
2、熟练使用微软办公软件，如word, excel, powerpoint，有ERP软件使用经验者优先；
Microsoft office using, i.e. word, excel, power point, better with project and access. ERP software using experience is a plus.
3、良好的职业素养，积极主动，抗压能力强，组织、沟通协调能力强；
Good professional quality, proactive, strong ability to work under pressure, strong organization, communication and coordination skills.
4、能够独立进行短期出差和拜访客户；
Ability to have independent short-term business trips and visit customers.
5、具有国际贸易知识;
Knowledge of international trade.
6、良好的英语听说读写能力。
Good English both written and oral.
