Key Areas of Responsibilities 主要职责: - Product planning: responsible for product information collection including market research, participate in market analysis and product scenario for category 产品规划:主导品类内外部信息收集,参与所负责品类的市场分析和品类的路标规划 - Product definition: responsible for product definition for whole range, make competitive PSD base on customer requirement, product positioning, and competitors analysis 产品定义:主导系列产品的新产品定义,系统考虑客户需求、产品定位、竞品等多方面要求,制定出有竞争力的产品定义 - Product developing and launch: responsible for specify product requirement and progressive finalize PSD; make yellow file and go to market strategy, training sales and marketing 产品实现与上市:负责细化产品需求,进一步明确产品定义,并全程跟进产品实现,解答开发人员的各类问题;制定产品上市策略,并对销售人员进行培训 - Product lifetime management: responsible for analysing sales data and collecting market feed back, keep market competitiveness by upgrade definition, make product phase out plan with ALGs 产品生命周期管理:主导收集所负责品类的销售数据和市场反馈信息,持续优化产品保持市场竞争力,协同分公司制定产品淘汰计划 Qualifications 任职资格 Education & Certification 教育及专业资质背景: -Bachelor degree or above 大学本科及以上 Knowledge and Specific Skills Required 所需的知识和特定技能: -Good knowledge on product management and project management methodology 产品管理及项目管理 -Good communication by English 良好的英语交流能力 -Good insight of market opportunity and logical thinking 良好的市场洞察力和较强的逻辑思维能力 Experiences Required 经验要求: -More than 3 years' working experience on product management 5年以上产品管理经验
