岗位职责:
1. 销售收入：完成公司下达销售任务，达成销售收入
2. 营业利润：管控各项成本，达成营业利润
3. LED销售占比：LED品类销售
4. 客户满意度：客户管理及维护
5. 灯塔业务日志和E智通执行达标率：根据公司政策完成灯塔业务日志及E智通执行工作
6. 库存式（即A、B、C类）产品销售预测准确率
7. 审计类工作：防范舞弊，内控建设，流程改进，内控整改等斱面的成绩和不足之处
任职要求:
Responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales target.&?Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
?Set individual sales targets
?co-ordinate sales action plans and oversee the activities and performance
?monitor the achievement of sales objectives
?liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
?forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue, track/ collate and interpret sales figures
?maintain inventory control, control expenses and monitor budgets
?Business degree or related professional qualification
?1-3 years Sales experience and product knowledge in lighting filed or relate industrial
?proven experience in sales, customer development and management
?knowledge of market research and quick response
?experience in all aspects of OTD, from order to delivery
?experience in Middle Asia market development is preferred
