Tasks: 1. Developing and formulating marketing strategies plans for industrial products. 2. Collecting market intelligence of industrial products and preparation of its analysis. 3. Prepare analysis on major competitors for different activities. 4. Propose & support organizing exhibitions, seminars, conferences, online product promotion activities. 5. Manage marketing actions, analyze and measure their impact. 6. Explore/Develop e-commerce sales platform. 7. Lead in drafting materials (brochures and online content) and publishing. 8. Effectively coordinate across different activities and operations team and support at all levels of management. 9. Define customer centric selling approach (value proposition & customer journey mapping) and effective selling the value of our products.
Requirements: 1. Degree in Engineering is preferred. 2. 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing industry products, especially in mechanical parts for non-automotive industry. 3. Managed a group of customers with total annual sales turnover of at least RMB 150 million. 4. Able to perform the task independently and ability to interact and influence majority levels of organization. 5. Broad knowledge of industrial markets. 6. Demonstrate ability to be strategic in planning for current needs and anticipating future directions. 7. Thinking skills in translating customer needs into opportunity for value creation. 8. Demonstrate analytical, verbal and written communication skills. 9. Strong organizational, project management and interpersonal skills. 10. Reliable, enthusiastic, creative and autonomous.
