Roles & Responsibilities: ? To deal with enquires from potential parents and students, both on UG recruitment and PG recruitment. ? To coordinate on Open-Day activities including work parts such as agenda creation, document preparation, campus tour guidance and action follow-up. ? Maintain the call system. Make accurate and detailed analysis on phone calls, forming suggestive statistics reports on regular basis. ? To update the samples answers to frequently asked questions throughout the academic year in conjunction with other departments. ? Support on other recruitment work assigned by Student Admissions Office. ? To deal with office paper work such as agenda creation, document preparation, minutes-taking. ? To deal with marketing paper work such as essays published on wechat. ? To provide logistics support to staff in admissions office, such as general enquiries and latest policy notification. ? To be responsible for intern working schedule, work training and attendance. ? To perform any other work related tasks assigned by Team Leader or Deputy Head. Qualifications and Experience ? Master Degree is a must. Working experience in recruitment is preferred ? Excellent oral and written communication both in English and Chinese ? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ? Experience in consultation or reception is preferred. ? Experience in project management is preferred.
