Specific Duties: 1.Responsible for oversight daily work as team leader, including product selection, BOM update, after sales. 2.Responsible for analyze the issue of after sales, and issue the analysis report. 3.Put forward product quality improvement suggestions according to the analysis of after sales’ issues. 4.Coodinate cross-function to push the problem of after sales resolved. 5.Communicate with HQ about the special issues of after sales. 6.Responsible for training the customer about product assembly and debug.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years’ experience on after sales, have the experience of valve or pump is preferred. 2. Good English communication skills. 3. Have the experience of team leading. 4.Good communication and cooperation ability, and time management awareness.
