●Primary Responsibilities: Daily work Planning IE: 1. Manage plant capacity to meet business demand 2. Capacity & UPH alignment and comparison with sister plants and customer. 3. Customer loading plan alignment regard to tester/line allocation and capacity fulfillment. 4. Create and maintain the UPH database according to time study. 5. Communicate with Headquarters, Regional & sister plants to sit on top of affairs Medium term work Planning IE: 1. Define manufacturing standards and drive methods improvement program. 2. Support on capacity expansion and bottleneck station elimination. 3. Optimize capacity planning for legacy products 4. New products capex planning and tester/line ramp up. Long term work 1. Customer annual forecast capacity and budget planning. 2. Support on business strategy analysis 3. Involve both product cost down and budget saving by function department alignment. Innovation work 1. Support to establish IE procedures. 2. Drive project to optimize plant resource 3. Other duties as assigned by supervisor ●Must Have: -Education: Bachelor Degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Production Engineering or equivalent -Language: Good oral and written skills in English and Mandarin -Experience: 5-8 years’ industrial experience with 3-5 years IE relevant experience 1. Good Industrial engineering knowledge including Plant layout/Ergonomics/Operations research/Capacity planning/Methods engineering/Work measurement and techniques/Simulation / operational modeling/Facilities operations 2. Independent, resourceful and takes initiative. 3. Effective communication skills with logical mindset -Functional Competency: 1. Plant resource planning & optimization knowledge and skill 2. Project management knowledge 3. Finance knowledge, Capacity, Manpower & Layout planning knowledge 4. Simulation knowledge and skill 5. English Communication Skill 6. Office (PPT, Excel and etc.), AutoCAD and Analytical Reporting Skill 7. VDA6.3 and IATF16949 knowledge required for those who participate in automotive projects
