Position Summary: 1. Functional test 2. Input machine tracking information to system 3. Assist PE to solve or repair the failure of machine 4. Train operators and testers Responsibilities: 1. Assemble, calibrate and test electromechanical (sub) systems. 2. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic and electronic components/assemblies. 3. Able to perform quality inspection on incoming electronic materials purchased from our suppliers. 4. Test and evaluate finished assemblies using test fixtures, instruments, or tools, following drawings and procedures. 5. Train employees on how to handle and manufacture electronic products so we can achieve our PPM target. 6. Perform root cause analyses on PCBA defects and reach agreement on liability (XYTECH or supplier). 7. Support engineering/production by performing root cause analyses on electrical issues. 8. Ensure the machine is delivered on time with good function. 9. Test equipment and tooling maintenance, repair, and spare parts to ensure smooth testing. 10. Train employees and testers based on test failure data and analysis. Qualification: Education background: ◆ Bachelor degree or above in major of mechanical or electrical engineering. Working Experience: ◆ Electro-mechanical background. ◆ Above 3 years working experience in electro-mechanical site testing function. Knowledge & Skill: ◆Able to express him/herself using the English language both verbal and in writing. ◆ Familiar with mechanical products assembly process ◆ Able to perform quality inspection on incoming electronic materials purchased from our suppliers. ◆ Ability to read and interpret circuit schematics, and manufacturers' manuals (or similar documents), and work with sketches and verbal instructions in circuit wiring, and relay logic ◆ Ability to assemble and perform basic troubleshooting on electrical panels from wiring / circuit diagrams without step-by-step work instructions. ◆ Ability to complete mechanical assemblies from subcomponent and finished assembly blueprints without step-by-step work instructions. ◆ Knowledge of control systems ◆ Good communication skills with engineering / customer and production teams
