职责描述Responsibility:
1.Setup/break down/implement mid-long-term traget for Assembly Team according to company strategy.
根据公司战略规划，制定/分解生产部门的中长期目标并负责落地执行。
2.Support AM/AE TL to arrange assembly schedule and related capacity plan to make sure deadline can reached.
协助装配主管完成生产计划及产能安排，确保项目按时完成。
3.Assembly Team building, include planning/recruitment/promoting/motivation/evaluation, etc. .
生产管理团队的建设，包括人员的规划/招聘/提升/激励/考核等。
4.Cross-departments communication to negotiate related resources for Assembly Team.
与公司各部门建立高效的交流沟通，协调生产过程中所需要的各项资源。
5.Leading internal Continuous Improvements Projects, keep quality level but within shorter lead time and lower cost.
主导各项持续改善活动，保证质量水平的同时缩短交期并降低成本。
6.Budget and investment planning for Assembly Team.
规划部门预算/投资。
7.Working report to Top Management.
向管理层汇报部门工作。
岗位要求Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar.
自动化、机械/电气工程或相关专业本科学历。
2.At least 5 years working experience on management position.
5年以上生产管理岗位经验。
3.Familiar with material controlling/assembly process/quality assurance/site management, automation industry is preferred.
熟悉制造业的物料管控/生产流程/质量管控/现场管理，自动化行业优先。
4.Familiar with Project Management and controlling for lead time/cost/quality.
熟悉项目管理流程以及对交期/成本/质量的把控要点。
5.Familiar with Lean Production and 6sigma.
熟悉精益化生产以及六西格玛管理。
6.Good internal and external communication skill.
良好的内部和外部沟通协调能力。
7.Good strategic thinking and analytical skills.
良好的战略思维和分析能力。
8.Good English Language in speaking and writing.
流利的英语听说读写能力。
9.Be willing to travel in China and oversea.
愿意国内外出差。
