Responsibility ? The Electrical Engineer must understand and capture the user needs into subsystem requirement and design activities. Responsible for the design, realization and test of a subsystem, component or module. ? Electrical Engineer learns the practical application of engineering principals, achieves expertise in Electrical Engineering, and investigates new techniques as part of a team. Keeps abreast of technical developments in own field through study of the literature and technical contacts. ? Review and coordinate of the DXR Product Roadmap, provide the EE technical input for DXR Product Roadmap. ? Engaging in all phases of new product development and ensure quality deliverables, including concept, architecture, documentation, design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing and service support. ? Supporting supplier screening and supplier development. Ensuring reliability, performance and delivery of product through supplier corporation. ? Design activities o Understanding marketing and customer’s requirements of DXR product; o Leading design feasibility study with cross functional cooperation; o Developing innovative designs to meet all requirements for performance; reliability, serviceability, BOM cost and manufacturability; o Developing engineering design concepts for components that have related requirements for usability, precision, reliability, cost and schedule. ? Verification/Validation activity o Supporting subsystem development of verification and validation activity for function, regulatory, reliability and so on, including specification definition, prototype setup, test, document creation and release; o Working with service engineer to improve product serviceability and reduce warranty cost; o Supporting the subsystem defect and design change activity during product development phase. ? Design transfer/post market activity o Working closely with supplier to ensure the product quality; o Supporting product design transfer and R&D delivery; o Supporting field issue analysis and close. o Supporting production line issue analysis and close.
Requirements ? Bachelor or Master degree. Target Major: Electronics circuit analysis and design、Power electronics and power drives、Detection Technology and Automatic、Electric Machines and Electric Apparatus. ? Master knowledge o The circuit design knowledge for control, signal capture and other functionality. o Medical device development and verification/validation process; o The digital and analog circuit knowledge; o Motion control knowledge. ? Have good experience of the medical device development for mechatronics design. ? Design based on at least one of the following electrical components: MCU, DSP, FPGA and have experience in design of the related circuit e.g. motion driver, CAN interface. ? Have good firmware development experience, know deeply the firmware design process and have the good programing, debug and troubleshooting ability. ? Familiar with one of schematic and PCB layout tools and be able to complete the schematic and layout design with it. E.g. Cadence. ? Have the experience of developing one of the Real Time Operating System (RTOS). ? Have the experience of project or product management. (Not mandatory) ? Have the experience of Power Distribution Unit design and the electrical structure design. (Not mandatory) ? Design with electrical component and circuit obey IEC-60601 standard. (Not mandatory) ? Good English skill in writing and oral communication. ? Team oriented work philosophy, willing and able to respond quickly and creatively to meet challenges and accomplish team goals;
