工作职责：Job Responsibilities:
1、协助公司总经理对接高端客户，组织、跟进商务活动的相关事项，发现并落实相应的市场机会。
Assist the general manager of the company to connect with high-end customers, organize and follow up related business activities, and discover and implement corresponding market opportunities.
2、负责公司及友商的经营分析，对行业的发展进行探索，为公司的决策提供数据支撑和依据。
Be responsible for the business analysis of the company and its friends, explore the development of the industry, and provide data support and basis for the company's decision-making.
3、负责公司品牌的维护和企业形象的持续提升，辅助企业在领域内影响力的扩大。
Responsible for the maintenance of the company's brand and the continuous improvement of the corporate image, assisting the expansion of the company's influence in the field.
4、负责公司对外宣传推广窗口的维护和建设，包含但不限于网站、公众号、视频号等渠道效用的体现。
Responsible for the maintenance and construction of the company's external publicity and promotion windows, including but not limited to the manifestation of the effectiveness of channels such as websites, official accounts, and video accounts.
5、负责公司市场营销活动/项目/行业论坛等的事项策划、报审及实施，对各类策划案实施效果进行总结与分析。
Responsible for the planning, reporting and implementation of the company's marketing activities/projects/industry forums, etc., and summarize and analyze the implementation effects of various planning cases.
6、对公司内部运营环境作出优化提案，协助相应的责任单位落实各类环境改善。
Make optimization proposals for the company's internal operating environment, and assist the corresponding responsible units to implement various environmental improvements.
7、完成总经理交办的其他临时事项。
Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the general manager.

1、统招研究生学历及硕士学位；

2、思维活跃，随时应对和贴合市场变化；
Be active in thinking, respond to and adapt to market changes at any time;
3、具备审美意识，对色彩、影视、PPT等功能和搭配有独特见解并被大众接受；
Have aesthetic awareness, have unique insights into color, film and television, PPT and other functions and collocations, and be accepted by the public;
4、熟悉压力自我调解，能够快速学习、了解并掌握新技能，对工作目标清晰明确；
Familiar with pressure self-mediation, able to quickly learn, understand and master new skills, and have clear work goals;
5、过往工作过程中稳定性强，且有成熟的策划案例。
Strong stability in the past work process, and mature planning cases.
