Responsibilities
1、中层管理职位，负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划，制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的项目计划表制定；
Middle-level management position, responsible for functional areas of goals and plans, scheming, taking part in or assisting higher-level management to work out project schedule.
2、组织、协调和管理外协工控类客户资源，保证生产按时保质完成；
Organizing, coordinating and managing client resource of industrial control, ensuring production to be finished with high quality on time.
3、负责协调、组织解决产品生产中的所有问题并及时和客户端、业务端保持联络；
Responsible for coordinating and organizing all resource to solve all problems in the process of production and keeping contact with client and business timely.
4、较强的沟通技巧和成本跟踪能力；
Good communication skills and good capability of cost tracing
5. 熟悉Project 软件类的应用；
Familiar with the application of relevant project tools.
任职资格:
Qualification
1、本科及以上学历，电子、电工、机械类相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronics/Electrics/ Mechanical Engineering etc.
2、5年以上汽车行业tier-1项目管理经验，有海外项目管理经验，良好的英文沟通能力；
5 years’ or above experience in automotive Tier-1 project management, oversea project management experience and good skills in English communication.
3、良好的计划和执行能力、协调能力和人际沟通能力；
Good skills in planning, execution, coordination and interpersonal communication.
4、积极主动，具备团队意识，具有高度的责任心，能够承受较强的工作压力。Motivation, teamwork, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.ilities
5、英语听说读写熟练
