Purpose of the Job
- Responsible for EMS workshop and site service operation management.
负责电机服务业务车间和现场服务的运营管理。

主要任务与职责
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Manage the operations team to provide in-house overhaul, on-site service and engine health testing service in strict accordance with the contract and technical agreement requirements.
管理车间团队按照合同和技术协议要求，提供车间维修、现场服务、电机健康测试检查等服务。
- Support workshop operation to establish standardized repair process for typical faulty motors & generators, and a system of work instructions.
支持车间运营建立起典型故障电机的标准维修流程，以建立起规范的作业文件管理体系。
- Perform the diagnostic test for the received atypical faulty motor & generators, identify and locate the damaged part, make proposal to workshop how to repair it.
对接收的非典型故障电机进行测试，识别损坏部件，提出维修方案。
- Trouble shooting or find solutions failures encountered during project execution. Analyse the root cause of the failure, make a report and share with team about it.
故障排除，或找到故障解决方案。分析故障的根本原因，形成报告并和团队分享。
- Provide motor related training to team regularly.
定期对团队进行电机相关的培训。

职位要求：
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above,8years or more in technology R&D related work in motor and generator industry.
本科及以上学历，8年以上在电机和发电机行业从事过技术研发、运营等相关岗位。
- Strong motor & generator background, be familiar with motor &generator manufacturing, installation &commissioning, testing, repair etc.
有很强的电机和发电机背景，熟悉电机和发电机生产制造、安装调试、测试维修等方面。
-Familiar with industry standards related to electric motors & power generation.
熟悉电机&发电相关行业标准。
- Good computer skills, Microsoft office
良好的电脑技能，如微软办公软件。
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in oral and written English.
出色的沟通能力，熟练的口头和书面英语表达能力。
- Able to work independently under pressure.
具有抗压能力和独立工作能力。
