Responsibilities: 1. Work with CQ closely for customer complaint due to production or process issue 2. Lead internal improvement to meet customer satisfaction via 8D concept 3. Support CQ for customer other requirements 4. Preliminary analysis for all production quality issue and lead the team to find root cause 5. Follow up all improvement actions by daily / weekly / monthly tracking 6. Hold parts risk assessment and lead rework if necessary due to production or process issue 7. Follow up the scrap performance and assign tasks to related owners 8. Line audit to ensure production & process quality under control / other tasks 9. Self-develop capabilities to meet the Company requirement 10. Be responsible for monitoring the production quality and take containment action for quality issues, take additional time to handle with urgent case when necessary.
Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree in electric& mechanical engineering, casting, precision engineering or related majors 2.Basic English communication skills is necessary 3.At least 3 years relative work experience in process quality. 4.At least 5 years’ experience in quality area in Automotive company 5.Professional knowledge of quality-related tools within the automotive branch, such as IATF 16949/VDA 6.3 and AIAG 5 tools 6. Experience in quality and process control of electronic& assembly respectively would be an advantage 7. Good cooperation & communication with team to deal with daily work
