Reporting to NPD Manager, you as NPD Engineer will be a key member of Fuse Research and Development team, responsibilities including design, prototyping, engineering documentation, new products release and new products introduction. The position requires an individual who is innovative, creative, proactive, and works well with team.
About the job:

Lead new product development including product design and cost and investment estimation, feasibility study, materials selection,？engineering drawing, technical and product specifications … and work with engineers & supporting team for the process design and development.
New product induction, product performance improvement, drawing and documents modification and release, work with team and make sure introduce new products successfully.
According to project requirements, make product development plan, deliver documents and complete phase review; conduct regular project review meeting with project team member and manager team to report the project progress and challenges, provide effective methods or actions for the challenges.
Effectively apply project management fundamentals, including costing, scheduling, and managing resources to meet project goals, work with or lead cross-functional teams and outside resources to successfully release new product.
Support critical customer issues, including investigation, experiment, simulations, etc.

About you:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or about in Material & Engineering, Electrical, mechanical or related degree
Experience: 3-year experience in new product development, preferred for working experience in electronics component, especially for fuse development.
Must be a result-oriented and self-initiated professional.
Good oral and written communication skills in English.
