Key assignments:
Technical Manager for PCBA Test and Manufacturing Engineering, have the ability to dive deep on the details to identify, understand, and solve difficult technical problems and also utilize a system level approach to prioritize issues for a whole program.
? Plan for regional, PCBA test, process validation, deployment schedules, and production readiness activities.
? Overcome technical challenges by guiding the team to solutions that enable on-time deliveries.
? Organize product production operation instructions and product testing process.
? Develop schedules for manufacturing process qualification efforts and deployment of PCBA test systems.
? Lead PCBA related RFQ process, find and propose alternative solutions to internal and external parties (customer).
? Evaluate the requirements and define actions that close gaps between design and manufacturing readiness for products in our global infrastructure.
? Assess costs and benefits, identify and mitigate risks; manage escalations; anticipate and make tradeoffs; and balance business needs with technical constraints.
? Gain concurrence on production readiness including integration requirements, financial sustainability, supplier qualification, and supplier diversification.
? Drive Quality improvements in front of customer and internal and global teammembers.
? Lead and Clearly communicate project and program status, responsibilities and issues to stakeholders.
? Collaborate across organizations (Engineering, Development, Finance, Operations) and be the linchpin for successful delivery of products.
? Build trust and relationships with various stakeholders (e.g., Engineering, Development, Finance, Operations).
? Effectively manage stakeholders to successfully deliver the agreed upon scope.


Competencies:
Deep Experience and knowledge in EMS and customer service;
Deep Knowledge on pcba hardware, software and testing solutions;
Knowledge of EMS related equipment;
Strong leadership and team work spirit;
Good at driving meetings and projects;
Full-time bachelor degree and above;
High level in spoken and written English.
