Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, and majored in mechanical related.
2. Be familiar with mechanical principle and material properties, familiar with metal industry machine experience is preferred.
3. Be good at Pro/E and Auto CAD.
4. Can work in high pace and stress environment, communicate and work with cross functional departments.
5. Open minded with new ideas, has customer orientation sense.
6. Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, basic capable of project management.
7. Good English both write and oral skill (Prefer).

Main Duties:
1. Evaluate the possibility of customer spec. and provide the suitable solution.
2. Design the product according to customer’s spec, make engineering drawings for all necessary BOM parts.
3. Generate relevant BOM and Route in ERP system for manufacturing.
4. Perform calculations and analysis to meet design specifications and interpret product purpose and applications.
5. Define all parts specification, test matrix, test spec. and edit the test report.
6. Join new product development/modification projects to meet the project schedule, cost and quality, hence to meet customer requirement.
7. Take care for engineering changes.
8. Support other members of the team as needed.
