We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in China. This role will primarily focus on managing projects that involve manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless coordination between various stakeholders, and collaborating closely with sales teams in the Middle East. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, with a specific emphasis on manufacturing and sales-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Project Planning and Execution:**
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and milestones for manufacturing projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives align with organizational goals.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
2. **Stakeholder Management:**
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including manufacturing teams and sales personnel in the Middle East.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.
3. **Manufacturing Coordination:**
- Oversee manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize efficiency and address any challenges that may arise during the manufacturing phase.
4. **Sales Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with sales teams in the Middle East to understand customer requirements and expectations.
- Provide support to sales personnel in terms of product knowledge, availability, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align project timelines with customer commitments.
5. **Budget Management:**
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Provide regular financial updates to relevant stakeholders, highlighting any deviations and proposing corrective actions.
6. **Reporting and Documentation:**
- Generate regular project status reports for management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and achievements.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
7. **Quality Assurance:**
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the final product meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address any deviations from quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in manufacturing and sales environments.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
