任职条件/Basic skills and qualifications 1)、Master’s degree or above,Life sciences related,Marketing work experience in synthetic biology field, and study/work abroad experience is preferred. 2)、Experienced manager of people and product lines,deep understanding of marketing. 3)、Vast market awareness and ability to identify and stay on top of market trends and directions。 4)、Deep understanding of, and experience with, the integrated marketing mix。 5)、Understanding all elements of marketing, and being able to coach and train employees。 6)、Hard-working and proactive personality with excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills。 7)、Excellent English (verbal and written) with strong copywriting skills。 8)、Detail-orientated, and can quickly and successfully embrace changes and adapt effectively in response. 岗位职责/Job Responsibilities 1) Perform market research, including market dynamics, industry demands, and competitive intelligence to remain current on marketing and technology development trends that determine strategic initiatives 2) To create and maintain the company's brand positioning strategy; design and implement marketing plans; communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration 3) Develop engaging content that promotes the company’s service lines 4) Write advertorials, maintain social media accounts, promotions, etc. 5) Develop strategic plans; manage direct reports by assigning tasks, provide guidance and monitor performance; improve work process within the marketing department, make suggestions on the department's business processes, and mentor team members when necessary 6) Setting up department budget, and monitoring the budget; along with analysis and evaluation of ROI of marketing spend 7) Lead the hiring activities within the department, and organize new employee onboard training 8) Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor
