Position Description
? Interact with cross functional departments to develop and improve manufacturing process, to get RTY, scrap, and quality improvement
? Lead product line productivity improvement project by using lean six manufacturing tools or suggestion for digital/automation solution.
? Responsible for production line process control, problem resolving by using six sigma tools and QC control tools.
? Provide direction and support to other engineering and technical, lead or support for NPI project, transition project.
? Do Cost, Schedule and Technical Management
? Drive HSE action, and continuous improvement

Job Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electronic, Electronic Information Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Mechanical
Engineering, Automation control or other major of Science and Technology.
? Over 3 years work experience, experience in manufacturing process control is prefer.
? Being active, creative, with good problem analysis and resolve capability.
? Good teamwork, communication and cross function drive result.
? Positive attitude in work, willing to learn and progress, strong practical ability.
? CET-4 or above, good English, oral, and written communications skills required.
