岗位职责：
1. Implement tne specific requirements of advanced qualfty planning for new program launches.
2. Work flexible hours to make arrangements to match a global platform launch interfacing with European and North American customers, and project teams.
3. Ensure the Advanced Quality element is built into the design for manufacture and design for assembly matching to the customer specific requirements.
4. Meet each gate review with on time conclusive actions and completion of outstanding work activities.
5. Solve problems with a fast and detailed approach to issues thal are gate review road blocks, work close with the project team and ensure to lead and challenge elements within the project that compromise the successful launch of projects planned.
6, Prepare related documents including Control Plan, incoming inspection plan, first article inspection plan etc.
7. Work as key team member to support for successful on time project developing and launch.
8. Customer PPAP submission and approval.
9. Support customer audit, such as potential supplier audit, PPAP audit, ect.
10. Lead QTR for new program in negotiating phase.

7.作为关键团队成员，支持项目按时成功开发和启动。
8.客户PPAP提交和批准。
9.支持客户审核，如潜在供应商审核、PPAP审核等。
10.在谈判阶段领导新项目的QTR。
职位要求：
1. Bachelors degree or better in Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering.
2. Good spoken and written English skills;
3. 3 years work experience in automotive industry, have standard Quality Tools APQP, PPAP, CP and PFMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D.
4. Good team working attitude and skills as well as self motivate and independent worker.
5. Be positive,proactive,initiative and deligent.
6. Working experience with OEMs, such as Volkswagen, Great Wall, Chery, Volvo etc.
1.电气工程、机械工程学士或以上学历。
2、良好的英语口语和书面表达能力；
3、3年汽车行业工作经验，具有标准质量工具APQP、PPAP、CP和PFMEA、SPC、MSA、8D。
4.具有良好的团队合作态度和技能，具有自我激励和独立工作能力。
5.积极、主动、主动、乐于助人。
6、有在大众、长城、奇瑞、沃尔沃等主机厂工作经验。
