岗位职责 Responsibilities: 1. Establish and maintain EHS mangerment system. 建立健全EHS体系 2. Improve staff awareness, behaviour by developing and implementing training programs. 开发实施培训课程,强化安全知识 3.Research and innovate the EHS process with Production, Quality and Facility and Engineering Departments. 同各部门沟通研究并改进现有EHS管理体系 4.Conduct regular area inspection to discover potential EHS risk. 工厂的日常稽核,发现潜在危险 5.Responsible for accident reporting, investigation and corrective action; Follow up the corrective and preventive actions and ensure EHS target and objectives are achieved. 事故报告、调查纠正,跟踪改进措施和事故预防的实施,关闭问题达到目标 6.Focus on continuous improvement of current programs and operations, make sure company’s policy comply to China government legal requirements. 持续改进工厂环境与安全,确信符合法规要求 7.To ensure the company's security work normal operation and continuous improvement. 确保工厂安保工作正常运行及不断改进
岗位要求 Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree. 本科及以上学历. 2.At least 5 years relevant working experience. 5年以上相关工作经验. 3.Good communication skills, understand labour law and local regulations very well. 良好的沟通技能,熟知国家法律和地方政策. 4.Security management certification 安全管理人员证书 5.英语熟练. Excellent in English
