碳固定技术研究助理 Research Assistant in Carbon Fixation Biotechnology 任职者主要研究方向为对二氧化碳固定菌株进行培养和优化,并进行中试研究。任职者将向牛津大学工程科学系的黄巍教授和Ian Thompson教授汇报。 应聘者需具备相关领域硕士学位(或即将毕业),并具有以下一个或多个领域的经验:微生物培养、分子生物学、发酵技术。具有生物信息学数据分析及化学分析仪器使用经验者优先。 职责描述: 1. 微生物菌株的培养、监测及中试发酵。 2. 进行微生物学、分子生物学、细胞生物学实验,包括基因改造、分子克隆、细胞表型分析等。 3. 使用生物反应器进行不同规模放大实验。 4. 合作撰写科学报告和期刊文章。在国际会议上发表论文,并参加各类研讨会宣传科研成果。 5. 在实验室环境中使用科学仪器设备。 6. 参与合作项目,支持小组工作,并在需要时与管理团队沟通配合。 7. 参与实验室的日常管理运行。 8. 承担团队其他必要工作。 The post holder will work on cultivation and modification of the carbon dioxide fixation strain constructed in the lab and perform pilot scale test. The post holder will report to Prof. Wei Huang and Prof. Ian Thompson of the Dept. of Engineering Science at the University of Oxford. The successful candidate will possess a master (or be near completion) in a relevant field with experience in one or more of the following areas: microbial cell cultivation, molecular biology, fermentation technology. Knowledge of bioinformatics and analytical chemistry is desirable. Responsibilities: 1. Be proficient in microbial cell cultivation, monitoring, and pilot scale test. 2. Carry out microbiology, molecular biology, cell biology research, including gene manipulations, molecular cloning, and analysis of cell physiology. 3. Perform fermentation tests at different scales using bioreactors. 4. Collaborate in the preparation of scientific reports and journal articles. Present papers at national conferences, and lead seminars to disseminate research findings. 5. Use scientific equipment in a laboratory environment. 6. Support the project team in integrating activities across the partner organisations, including liaison between research teams and carry out administrative roles as required. 7. Contribute to the day-to-day running of an experimental laboratory. 8. Familiar with bioinformatics and gene/protein data analysis. 2. Experience of analytical chemistry instrument. 3. Excellent communication skills in English.
