●Primary Responsibilities: Daily work 1. Quantify customer specific needs and track the actual result. 2. Communicate with Commercial team and customer’s quotation requirement. 3. Sign contract with customer and contract management, establish customer files. 4. Deal with quotation, PO and billing requisition; 5. Work with related teams to ensure meet customer’s requirement. 6. Collect marketing information and confirm customer status regularly. 7. Customer visit reception, product introduction, intention registration, customer follow-up, etc. 8. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Medium term work 1. Work with Customer/CP/Finance team to balance the capacity to meet different customers’ requirement. 2. Data analysis to support customer capacity planning. 3. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Long term work 1. Work with Customer/teams to improve customer satisfaction. 2. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Innovation work 1. Support to develop and establish customer planning procedures and improvement programs. 2. Job Qualifications ●Must Have: -Education: Bachelor Degree and above. -Language: Good oral and written skills in English and Mandarin. -Experience: 3-6 years’ work experience in sales in manufacturing industrial. 1. Experience in customer support. 2. Independent, resourceful and takes initiative. 3. Good communication skill in both Chinese and English, good presentation skills. 4.
