Tasks and Responsibilities: 1. Understand company's business plans, meet the objectives of sales plan. 2. Collect and analyse the market data, such as competitors’ price and product strategy, for the input of company development strategy. 3. Key account management. 4. Play an important role in critical negotiations and achieves resolution to open issues. 5. Set up and maintain relationships with customers. 6. To retain current business, identify and win new business opportunities leading to revenue and profit growth within the account(s). 7. Interface between customers and headquarters, interface with required departments for program support. 8. Business travel as per the demand. 9. Other tasks assigned by the superior. Requirements : 1. Bachelor degree or above, technical related major. 2. above 5 years' sales and marketing experience with expert knowledge of Tier 1 automotive company. 3. Customer Focus. 4. Excellent skills of business negotiation, problem solving, presentation, and business analysis. 5. Fluent in English. 6. Work under pressure. 7. Good professional ethics.
