岗位职责:
This position is responsible for the day to day management of the Aftermarket accounts in Suzhou, including quotations, general customer queries, account maintenance, tooling & supply chain issues. Working as part of the Global Aftermarket team utilizing the current systems and procedures to support general aftermarket products. The position is also responsible for the aftermarket for the local Chinese OEMs and the global OEMs / Joint ventures.

55% 1) Account maintenance账户维护
Dealing with general day to day queries from customers. Providing new quotations for new and existing parts via the local Aftermarket CQR process. General contract maintenance and administration. Recovery of tooling costs for broken or worn out tools. Negotiation of ATBs and supporting the product deletion process.
处理客户的日常询价。按照售后CQR流程提供新零件和现有零件的新报价。一般合同维护和管理。从客户端争取新开或者修模费用的。ATB的协商和支持产品删除过程。
20% 2) Pricing and economics negotiations定价和经济谈判
Ensuring profit levels are maintained above plant profit target. Recovering any price increases from suppliers and ensuring MOQ’s set for customers match those from suppliers OR will use up the stock purchased through supplier MOQ’s. Completion of cost break downs and margin analysis.
确保利润水平保持在工厂利润目标之上。零部件的涨价也要同步跟客户端降价,并确保客户的最小起订量与供应商的相匹配,或者将用完通过供应商最小起订价购买的库存。完成成本分解和利润分析。
10% 3) Assist in product rationalization activities协助产品合理化活动
Looking at history of sales to identify very low runners or parts with no sales that could potentially be suitable for last time buys to customer. Customer approval needed for last time buys, once complete parts can then be put forward to the ‘product deletion process’.
销售分析以识别客户需求低或者没有需求的零件,与客户协商一次性买断准,一旦完成零件,就可以提交“产品删除流程”。
5% 4) Supporting annual OPSP 支持年度OPSP
Supporting the Operating plan and Sales plan for Aftermarket products in Suzhou
支持苏州售后产品的年度销售计划
5% 5) Assist with Account Receivable协助处理应收账款
Communicating with buyers to solve reasons why invoices have not been paid. Providing copy of purchase orders or other documentation customers need to payu the invoices.
与客户沟通,解决未支付发票的原因。提供客户需要支付发票的采购订单或其他文件的副本。5% 6) Support Global Purchasing支持全球采购
Working with group purchasing to solve supplier issues that impact all BCS sites. Can range from obtaining forecasts, last time buys or new pricing and MOQs.

Communication with other departments; Finance, Logistics, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality face to face, verbal and written.

Written and verbal communication with Global Aftermarket team.
与全球售后团队进行书面和口头沟通。
Supporting meetings with customers via the phone/Teams. Daily written communication to customers via email.

岗位要求:
Bachelor degree or above,better major in Engineering, Finance or Business Administration.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience required (post qualification)
Must have outstanding mathematical skills;
honesty; integrity; reliability;
solid written and verbal communication skills;
high attention to detail;
organizational skills;
critical thinking and problem-solving skills
本科以上学历,工程、金融或工商管理专业更佳。
至少3年工作经验(任职资格)
