Tasks: 1. Clearly understand customer technical needs and project milestone, and initially involve in RFQ process. Act as the contact window among customer, KAM and technical team. 2. Daily Customer Management & Sales KAM/Engineers Support. Customer Management (AR, administration, etc). Ensure the reporting of the Aged Balance. Create and manage customer accounts in the IT systems of the site and of the group financial department (Silver, Scala, etc) 3. Prototype & samples orders support and follow up. Ensuring compliance with offers (contract review : prices, packaging, revision,…), negotiate deadlines with the Factory, ensure delivery on time. 4. Price modification, productivity, Tooling amortization, STD following-up, 5. Credit Limit Controlling and put in place the necessary actions and reminders for the quick recovery of outstanding receivables 6. Supporting for meeting room booking, travels, etc 7. Exchange rate; controlling GM and ensure negotiations are closed in time. 8. Act as the interface among Sales KAM, Technician and the plant on regulatory requirements to ensure the transmission of required information to customers. Ensure the follow-up of the disputes and the corrective writings. Customer Management (ORD small customers) 1. Build relationship with selected customers and try to grab RFQs and New Business with them. Act as a pure Sales through all possible communication means. Promote our strategic products among selected customers and keep regular contacts. 2. Establish and validate the offers to the customers, in agreement with the negotiating latitudes rules on fixing selling prices established by the Sales Director. Use Validated offering means and take offers as a pure contractual document rigorously reviewed before forwarding it to the customer. 3. Manage the client contracts in relation with the sales team, the factory and the Hutchinson legal department. Involve legal departments when needed. 4.Ensure the follow-up of the disputes and the corrective writings.
Requirements: 1. College degree or above, sales assistant experience in automotive industry, Experience in the rubber industry is a plus 2. Good communication skill mandatory as the job involves a lot of coordination internal and external. Organized and responsible person - attention to detail. Technical background 3.Good in English, skill to use office and especially Excel.
