职位描述
You will join Prysmian Finance Team and base in Suzhou, your main responsibilities are:
1. Daily Work
a) Release standard cost of materials in SAP after BOM/Routing checking.
b) Release non-material purchasing request from user department after reviewing the demand.
c) Review of commercial margin and cost assumptions for quotation.
d) Support commercial in business opportunities and margin improvement actions.
e) Support operation department to work on the cost saving activities, calculate and monitor cost changes.
f) Monitor financial targets, risks and opportunities.
g) Financial analysis on business scenarios.
h) Project calculations of Investment assessment.
2. Monthly Closing Work
a) Monitor the monthly stock take process, and make analysis on the stock take result with operation together.
b) Calculate and propose on accruals and provisions, analyze gaps by sales channels/customers/projects.
c) Keep good communication with user departments and management to finish closing activities in SAP system and upload the aligned result in HFM.
d) Provide Material/Labor/Other Variable Cost Efficiency Report to operation team, analyze the gain/loss and make action plans with operation together .
e) Finish financial reports on time, analyze the actual vs standard margin gap, better understand the variances and be prepared for more accurate forecasting activities.
f) Monitor and analyze the inactive stock with supply chain, and drive for preventive actions.
g) Monthly update standard cost, analyze the difference and calculate the impact for backlog orders.
h) Review and analyze plant performance in financial terms.
3. Management/Budgeting Plan Work
a) Lead and coordinate annual budgeting plan of user departments.
b) Analyze business and financial performance for whole region by BUs/Plants, against plans.
c) Check the new year standard rates of Materials, Labor, Other variable cost, fixed cost etc., and maintain in SAP system.
d) Check and implement the standard cost roll over in SAP system.
4. Other tasks assigned by team leader

Who we are looking for
1. Mandatory: Professional Excel skills, experienced in SAP and HFM system
2. Mandatory: 3+ years working experience in MNC Company
3. Strong communication skills cross departments, proficient in written and oral English
4. Good at using data digitalization tools to automate reports
5. Good team player
6. Good business overview and controlling mindset
7. Strong ownership and accountability
