？ Processes development, validation, sample production, launch, ramp up and continues support for projects after SOP.
？ Support, lead as required to work with competency center/global relay engineering in new technology/platform development, standardization and continues improvement.
？ Manage department budget and capital expenditures.
？ Identify potential short- or long-term risks and set priorities of strategy and execution.
？ Develop talents and resources needed and build effective team to support the target of sensor process engineering.
？ Take the overall responsibility of safety launch for new relay assembly line on time.
？ Lead the team to improve the existing line OEE/Scrap rate and resolve the problems in existing line.
