岗位职责：
1.Work with RD supervisor/specialist to evaluate Customer RFQ (request for quotation) and communicate with TPL to clarify each requirements , Make design (mechanical) concepts to meet RFQ;
2.Lead product detail design, 3Ddata/2D drawing, Create BOM, ...in timely manner and high quality; Support DFM activity to supplier;
3.Fully understand test requirements and work together with test engineer for DV/PV test plan, test failure analysis and resolution;
4.Support engineering root cause analysis for both internal/external quality issue which relevant to design issue;
5.Perform other tasks which assigned by managers/supervisor.
1.与研发主管/专家合作，评估客户RFQ（报价请求），并与TPL沟通，澄清各项要求，制定设计（机械）概念以满足RFQ；
2.领导产品细节设计，3Ddata/2D绘图，创建BOM。。。及时、高质量；支持供应商的DFM活动；
3.充分理解测试要求，与测试工程师共同制定DV/PV测试计划、测试失败分析和解决方案；
4.支持与设计问题相关的内部/外部质量问题的工程根本原因分析；
5.执行经理/主管分配的其他任务。

任职要求：
1. major in Mechanical or related subjects，1~5 years mechanical design experience.
2. Design experience for plastic/metal component and manufacture knowledge;
3. CAD tools like UG,ProE,Catia, etc ;
4. Good communication skills，honest, responsible and cooperative awareness，good logic and strategic thinking，Initiative, Pressure, stress tolerance
1.机械或相关专业，1~5年机械设计经验。
2.具有塑料/金属部件的设计经验和制造知识；
3. UG、ProE、Catia等CAD工具；
4.良好的沟通能力，诚实、负责和合作的意识，良好的逻辑和战略思维，主动性、压力和抗压能力
