Main Tasks / 主要任务
1. Serving as main contact window, coordination of information exchanges
between CZSZ and R&D/Product Management /Transfer side
作为项目在工厂的主要联系窗口，协调工厂与研发端/转移端的各种信息
2. Form and lead cross functional team members including production,SCM,
Engineering, quality and Purchasing departments;
组建与领导跨部门的项目团队
3. Coordinates and tracks all activities of the project within CZSZ
协调工厂内部关于项目的各种活动
4. Ensure project completed under the agreed quality, time, cost and
quantity
确保项目达到设定的时间，预算，质量目标
5. Reporting progress,raising risks to management
向管理层汇报项目进展与风险
6. Identify environmental and safety factors, develop and implement
improvement tasks
识别部门环境与安全因素，在工作中制定和实施环保与安全改进项目
7. Other duties assigned by line manager
直线领导分配的其他任务




Education / 教育背景

Bachelor degree in engineering (Mechanical,
Optical, or Electrical) or other administrative majority
工科(机械，光学或电子电气专业)或其他管理类本科及以上学历






Experience and skills /经验与技能
？ 3 years of Project management skills, PMP certificate is preferred
3 年以上项目管理经验，有PMP资质优先
？ Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
较强的分析能力和问题处理能力
？One of ERP skills is a must, eg. SAP or others
必须熟悉至少一项ERP企业管理系统，如SAP 或其他
？ Knowledge in new product introduction (eg. tasks
as Process Flow, CoGS analysis), strong
projects management skill to coordinate all necessary recourse for project

？ Good English communication skills,
