工作内容：
1. Be responsible for the starting-up and commissioning of the machine, solving the technology problems during the testing independently.
负责机床的调试，并且能够独立解决调试过程中的技术问题。
2. Be responsible for machines installation and setting-up, commissioning at customers site independently, and operation training in the field.
负责在客户处独立完成机床装机和调试任务，以及现场操作培训。
3. Comply with the safety standards and quality control system standard strictly.
严格遵守生产安全标准及质量控制系统标准。
4. Implement the production planning, be willing to work overtime if necessary.
按照生产计划完成生产工作，可接受公司必要的加班。
5. Be able to independently communicate with foreign engineers and assist them in remotely problem-solving during production commissioning.
能独立和国外工程师沟通，协助国外工程师远程解决生产调试过程中遇到的问题。
6. Be responsible for assembly of the machine mechanical system.
负责机床的机械装配。
7. Implement the other relative task assigned by supervisor.
完成直属主管安排的其他工作任务 。

任职要求：
1. Academic Background: Bachelor's degree or above 本科及以上学历
2. Which major preferred: major in electrical engineering, automation, or mechatronics
电气工程、自动化或机电一体化专业
3. Solid basics on related subjects such as electrical or mechanical, hydraulic knowledge.
对相关知识，如电气、机械、液压方面有巩固的基本知识
4. Familiar with mechanical or electrical or hydraulic or Siemens 840D control fundamentals.
熟悉电气、机械、液压或西门子840D控制系统
5. Language: CET-4 certificate, strong English reading comprehension and written skill, good spoken English 英语四级，要求有很强的英语阅读理解能力和书写能力，口语流利。
6. Experience in solid-state laser and fiber laser work is preferred
有固体激光，光纤激光工作经验者为佳
