Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Key duties include:
跨部门的信息沟通与协调；
Cross-departmental information communication and coordination.
日常产线计划、品质、交付、物耗状况追踪，反馈和改善推动；
Daily line production plan, quality, delivery and material consumption status tracking, feedback, and improvement promotion.
GPS，5S执行监督，指导和培训；
GPS, 5S execution supervision, guidance, and training.
OJT执行推动；
OJT execution promotion.
1指导和培训主管和班长的工作；
Guiding and training supervisors and shift leaders.
产线问题发现、分析和改善推进；
Finding, analyzing, improving and promoting line issues
生产产量的提高；
Production output improvement.
生产废品率的降低和持续改善；
Production S&D reduction and continuous improvement.
员工离职率的控制和改善；
Control and improvement of employee turnover rate.
主管、助理、班长和员工的绩效考评；
Performance evaluation of supervisors, assistants, shift leaders and employees
生产部门改善项目的执行推动，进度评审与运作指导；
Execution promotion and progress review of production department improvement projects
部门预算制订和适时修正；
Preparation and timely revision of department budget and forecast.
负责公司的HSE方针、HSE管理体系及紧急应变计划在本部门的贯彻实施；
Responsible for the implementation of the company's HSE policy, HSE management system and emergency response plan in the department.
设备运行安全和人员安全作业提升；
Equipment operation safety and personnel safe operation improvement
监督本部门员工贯彻执行各项适用的环境健康安全法律法规并对本部门及员工的HSE绩效负责；
Monitor the department's employees in compliance with applicable environmental health and safety laws and take responsibility for the HSE performance of the department and employees.
其它安排的任务和职责。

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, major in technical and engineering;
大学文化，要求工艺或工程背景.
10+ years working experience in production, 5 years production management experience, familiar to material process and molding of rubber or plastic. Better if know process of transmission belts is plus.
至少在生产过程中已工作10年，并且已经有5年的相关的生产经理任职经验，必须熟悉材料加工、橡胶或塑料成型等。熟悉传动带的制造工艺流程更佳

Required Skills:
有专业技术、技能，在出现问题时能够冷静思考，运用专业知识和管理手法解决问题；
Have specialized skills and technology , can consider calmly when facing problems and settle matters with specialized knowledge and managing techniques
了解和应用所有的质量工具和原理及处理方法。熟悉IATF16949，OHSA18001，ISO14001等管理体系；Know and apply all the quality felicities and theories and disposing methods .Familiar with administrant system such as IATF16949，OHSA18001，ISO14001
有10年以上的现场生产管理经验和5年以上的生产经理任职经验；
More than 10 years manufacturing management experience and more than 5 years production manager experience
