* Acts as a focus point of the contact for the employees and managers in internal clients, builds a strong business relationship with the internal client * Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the internal client’s side, actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks * Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management * Designs and maintain organization vitality charts for the internal clients, challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes * Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions, facilitate the recruitment of key talents for the internal client. * Provide day-to-day coach to managers and associates in clients function * Cooperate with other HR peers to provide best service to internal client * Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally * Maintain insightful HR reporting and deep analysis and come up with solutions to drive necessary changes and mitigate the gap.
