工作职责:
1. 编制新产品CMM测量程序，对现有CMM程序进行优化、完善；
2. 制定零部件的测量方案，解决测量异常；
3. 建立相关测量标准以及测量设备操作规范；
4. 制定测量计划；
5. 负责测量夹具方案设计；
6. 培训、指导质检员完成CMM测量；
7. 协助质量经理评估测量工具及测量设备的投入评估；
8. 完成上级指派的其他任务。

任职资格:
1. 工科统招大专及以上学历；
2. 至少有2年相关工作经验；
3. 能够熟练阅读各产品图纸；
4. 能够熟练使用注塑行业的常见测量工具(包括CMM）；
5. 了解GD&T (尺寸公差与配合，ISO/ASME标准)；
6. 有一定的分析和维护测量数据能力。


Specific Duties:
1. Responsible for measuring programs of CMM.
2. Responsible for the measurement scheme.
3. Responsible for establish standard of measurement，standard operation of measurement tool.
4. Make the measurement plan.
5. Responsible for design the fixture of measurement.
6. Responsible for the training of CMM .
7. Assist to assess the investment of new measurement equipment.

Requirements:
1. College degree or above in engineer.
2. At least 2 year’s relative experience.
3. Be able to read drawings.
4. Be able to use common measurement tools, including CMM programmed.
5. Lean about GD&T.
6. Have the ability of data analysis.
