Job Responsibilities: 1.Responsible to organize the PQC/FA team daily management, Leading team to fulfill tasks accomplishment to reach the plant quality goal. 2.Organize team to quick solve the quality issues in the process and customer feedback 3.Managing the customer quality issues / complaints in timely manner, Coordinate cross-function (ME&RD&PQE&SQE) to solve process to investigation & root cause analysis, short/long term corrective action plans and actions follow up. 4.Response for RMA performing the Data collection & analysis according to requirements 5.Responsible for delivery customer special requirements. support customer PPAP submission and Customer Audit. 6.Continue to improvement customer satisfaction by initiate customer relate project. 7.Familiar with low-voltage products and experience of relevant knowledge was perfect 8.Well team management with coaching ability. Good teamwork spirit and good english communication. 9.Willing to take challenge have the can do spirit? Qualifications: ?
