Job Responsibility/工作职责:
1. Creating layouts and concepts for systems and devices (production lines, cells, fixtures etc.)
系统和设备的概念和布局设计
2. Development of draft designs and detailed designs in AutoCAD / Solidworks etc tools
用AutoCAD/Solidworks等工具软件制定设计草案和细节设计
3. Support of production control and the implementation of projects in workshop
支持生产控制和研发项目实施
4. Supervise outsource design, check outsource design drawing.
监管外包设计， 检查设计图纸，确保设计准确。
5. Contact with customers and suppliers (specifications production) / Obtain and evaluate cost。
联系客户和供应商（规范生产）/获取和评估产品设计及成本。
6. Risk analysis / performance level analysis
进行风险分析/性能水平分析
7. Complete the three-dimensional detailed design under the guidance, draw mechanical parts drawings, assembly drawings, and make changes according to the needs of the site;
在指导下完成三维详细设计，绘制机械零部件图纸、装配图纸，并根据现场需要进行更改。

Job Qualification/职位需求:
1. Academic degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent education
机械工程学位或相关专业
2. Mechanical and fixture design experience in semiconductor test probe card industry is preferred
具有半导体测试探针卡行业的机械和工装夹具设计经验优先
3. The knowledge of CAD (AutoCAD / Solidworks )
熟悉CAD（AutoCAD /Solidworks）
4. Ability to work independently and goal-oriented work in projects
在项目中独立的工作方式以及目标导向工作技能
5. Familiar with commonly used mechanical parts, materials, standard parts, matching tolerances, geometric tolerance
熟悉常用的机械零件，材料，标准件，配合公差，形位工差。
6. Basic understanding of mechanism design, mechanical structure, structure force analysis etc.
对机构设计、机械结构、结构受力分析等方面有基本了解
7. Logical thinking ability, Quick comprehension
逻辑思维能力，敏捷的理解力
8. Coordinate the customers and suppliers
协调客户和供应商
9. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
