I.Job Responsibilities 工作职责 1. Develop and maintain key accounts in the motor vehicle and parts products field according to the company's goals and strategies; 根据公司的目标和战略,开发和维护国内外汽车及零部件产品领域的大客户; 2. According to marketing demands, develop and plan to complete the sales plan; 针对市场需求,制定并按计划完成销售方案; 3. Cooperate with relevant engineering teams to break through key customers and international customers, and cooperate with marketing department for promotion activities; 和相关工程团队合作突破重点客户和国际客户, 配合市场部进行推广活动; 4. Systematic customer relationship management, maintenance of customer database, and continuous expansion of new sales opportunities; 系统性的进行客户关系管理,维护客户数据库,持续性拓展新的销售机会; 5. Collect market information, pay attention to market development trends, and further expand new business; 收集市场信息,关注市场发展趋势,进一步拓展新的业务;
II.Job Requirements 职位要求 1. At least 2 years’ sales experience in automotive testing or third-party technical service organization. 2年以上汽车测试或第三方技术服务机构销售经验; 2. Proactive, goal-oriented, and systematic thinking skills; 积极主动,目标导向,具有系统性思维能力; 3. Good interpersonal skills 需要具备良好的人际交往能力; 4. Ability to independently develop markets and explore potential customers; 具备独立开拓市场和发掘潜在客户的能力; 5. Be able to withstand the pressure of sales tasks, be willing to accept challenges, and travel frequently; 能够承受销售任务压力,愿意接受挑战,可经常出差; 6. Efficient and fast learning and business literacy; 具备高效快速的学习能力和业务素养; 7. English CET-6 or above, with literacy, bachelor‘s degree or above; 英语六级以上,具备读写能力,本科及以上学历;
