1.Develop the network of enterprises in the pharmaceutical industry, negotiate cooperation and maintain good relationship with partners, mainly in work placement for students, joint cultivation programmes; 2.Responsible for planning, organizing and promoting activities related to student career development and employment guidance to enhance the employability; 3.Link resources internal and external to provide career planning and other course guidance for students of Academy of Pharmacy, such as employment interview, resume revision, mock interview, resume delivery, etc.; 4.Responsible for releasing internship or employment needs according to the needs of enterprises, matching students' resumes, organizing special job fairs, double selection meetings, etc. (recommending students to interview with external enterprises), and giving feedback on students' internship and employment in enterprises; 5.Organize students to carry out international and domestic visit to organizations, enterprises, internship and other activities; 6.Grasp the development of academic career in real time and understand the relevant preparation process of students; 7.Responsible for the establishment, management and maintenance of the information base of the employing enterprise; 8.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
1.Master's degree or above, overseas study experience, pharmaceutical related major or pharmaceutical industry HR related work experience is preferred; 2.Have some experience in student work and career planning and guidance; 3.Have good communication skills, coordination skills and the ability to organize group activities; 4.Have a strong affinity, have a good professional ethics; 5.Career-minded, motivated, good working attitude and team spirit; 6.Quick learner and willing to accept new challenges.
