Position: Solutions Specialist – Full-time Position

Suzhou Eliya Trading Co., Ltd. specializes in helping small and mid-sized foreign companies source various products in Asia. Our growing team is looking for a Solutions Specialist.

As a Solutions Specialist, one of the primary duties is to work alongside the Chief Solutions Officer in order to establish and foster connections with suppliers. This role demands a high level of proficiency in communication and negotiation in order to effectively collaborate with potential manufacturing partners, resulting in the successful fulfillment of our clients' requirements. The Solutions Specialist is integral to the procurement process and is responsible for identifying and securing the most suitable supplier for the company. Through the implementation of effective communication strategies and adept negotiation techniques, the Solutions Specialist plays a crucial role in shaping the success of our business and ensuring satisfaction for both our suppliers and clients.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' work experience in the manufacturing industry or at a trading company.
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on procurement, supply chain, engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Procurement or sourcing background.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial and able to work with little guidance.
- Excellent project management skills and experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
- Proven supplier management and negotiation skills; able to reach outcomes that gain the support and acceptance of all involved parties.
- Technical savvy, able to read technical drawings, specifications, and applications.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and excellent analytical skills, as well as high proficiency in MS Office products.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Excellent Chinese and English communication skills (written and spoken).
